Built Slowly, Designed to Last

Built Slowly, Designed to Last

We’re Sasha and Sam, a van-building team based in Southern California. Over the past four years, we’ve completed eleven custom builds and lived full-time van life across multiple countries. Those experiences shape everything we build today.

Our backgrounds span carpentry, architecture, and design, and we bring that mix into every project. We believe a van should feel just as good to live in as it does to look at. Thoughtful layouts, durable materials, and clean details matter, especially when your home is always with you.

There’s a moment we build toward in every conversion: you’re parked somewhere beautiful, waves rolling outside, light coming through the windows, and you look around and think, this feels right. That’s the feeling we chase.

Our APPROACH

Design Lies
In Our DNA

Every Roam Wild build is handcrafted in a professional workshop using precision tools like CNC routers, table saws, and specialty equipment that allow us to keep quality high and execution consistent. Our typical build timeline is 6–10 weeks, balancing efficiency with the time it takes to do things properly.

By staying small and hands-on, we’re able to offer highly customizable builds without the overhead or rigidity of large conversion companies. We focus on smart systems, durable construction, and designs that age well, not trends that fade.

We truly love what we do. Building vans isn’t just our work, it’s how we’ve lived, traveled, and shaped our own lives. Now we get to help other people do the same.
